关于拟对电气与新能源学院2021年秋季学期未按时报到注册的2名来华留学研究生做退学处理的公示

根据《三峡大学外国留学生研究生学籍管理规定》三峡大外〔2015〕73号第二十一条之规定，“来华留学研究生具有下列情形之一者，学校对其做退学处理：（一）无正当事由超过4周未注册者”。我院2名来华留学研究生（名单见附件）在2021年秋季学期超过4周未报到注册，经学院研究决定，拟对2名来华留学研究生做退学处理。特此公示。

现将拟做退学处理的研究生名单在电气与新能源学院英文网站上公示15个工作日。公示期满，如无任何异议，将对2名未按时报到注册的来华留学研究生做退学处理。

公示期：2021年11月8日—2021年11月22日

Withdrawal Announcement of two master’s degree students who failed to register on time for the fall semester of 2021 

of the College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy

According to the article 21 of Regulations on Academic Registration for International Master’s degree Students at China Three Gorges University, CTGU No. 73 [2015]: “The international student who has one of the following circumstances will be withdrawn by the CTGU: (1) Failure to register for more than 4 weeks without a valid reason”. Two master’s degree students (the name list attached) from the College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy, who failed to register for more than 4 weeks in the fall semester of 2021. According to the regulations, it has decided to withdraw the two master’s degree students from the college. This is hereby announced.

The name list of two master’s degree students to be withdrawn from the college will be published on the English website of the College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy for 15 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the two master’s degree students who failed to register on time will be withdrawn.

Publicity period: 8 November, 2021 – 22 November, 2021
