关于拟对电气与新能源学院2021年秋季学期未按时报到注册的4名来华留学本科生做退学处理的公示

根据《三峡大学外国留学生本科生学籍管理规定（修订）》三峡大外〔2018〕13号第五十四条之规定，“来华留学生具有下列情形之一者，应予退学：（四）休学期满，在学校规定的时间内不提出复学申请或申请复学经复查不合格的”，我院ERIC YAO AGGEY（2017910901）和 EMMANUEL KWAME ARTHUR（2018910919）两名来华留学本科生休学期满未提出新的休学申请，且未按规定的时间报到注册。经学院研究决定，拟对上述2名来华留学本科生做退学处理。

根据《三峡大学外国留学生本科生学籍管理规定（修订）》三峡大外〔2018〕13号第八条之规定，“学生每学期应在规定的报到时间内持学生证到所在学院报到注册。未按学校规定缴纳学费或者有其他不符合注册条件的，不予注册。因故不能如期注册者，必须说明原因并履行请假手续。未经请假或虽请假但逾期2周不报到或未办理有关暂缓注册手续者，按退学处理”，我院ANAS OUKADA（2019909903）和ARIFUL ISLAM LIKHON（2019910915）在2021年秋季学期超过4周未报到注册。经学院研究决定，拟对上述2名来华留学本科生做退学处理。

现将拟做退学处理的4名本科生在电气与新能源学院英文网站上公示15个工作日。公示期满，如无任何异议，将对上述4名来华留学本科生做退学处理。

Withdrawal Announcement of Four undergraduate students who failed to on time for the autumn semester of 2021 

of the College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy

According to the article 54 of Regulations on Academic Registration for International Undergraduate Students at China Three Gorges University (Revised), CTGU No. 13 [2018]: “The international student who has one of the following circumstances will be withdrawn: (4) Failure to apply for resuming study within the time specified by the university upon the expiration of the suspension period or failing to pass the re-examination of the application for resuming study”. ERIC YAO AGGEY (2017910901) and EMMANUEL KWAME ARTHUR (2018910919) did not apply for a new suspension after expiration of the suspension period or registered in accordance with the stipulated time. According to the regulations, it has decided to withdraw the two undergraduate students from the college.

According to the article 8 of Regulations on Academic Registration for International Undergraduate Students at China Three Gorges University (Revised), CTGU No. 13 [2018]: “The international students should register within the specified registration time at the beginning of each semester. Those who fail to pay tuition fees according to the regulations of the university or do not meet other registration requirements shall not be registered. Those who fail to register as scheduled must make some explanations and fulfill the leave of absence procedure. Those who do not report to school without a leave of absence, or those who are on leave of absence but overdue for 2 weeks, or those who do not go through the procedures for deferring registration, will be treated as having withdrawn from school”. ANAS OUKADA (2019909903) and ARIFUL ISLAM LIKHON (2019910915), who failed to register for more than 4 weeks for the autumn semester of 2021. According to the regulations, it has decided to withdraw the two undergraduate students from the college.

The name list of four undergraduate students to be withdrawn from the college will be published on the English website of the College of Electrical Engineering and New Energy for 15 working days. After the expiration of the publicity period, if there is no objection, the four undergraduate students who failed to register on time will be withdrawn.
